What should i wear?
At COTC, you can "come as you are." We're a diverse group from all walks of life, so you'll fit in just as you are. Be comfortable, and don’t feel like you need to dress up. Jeans and a T-shirt are just as acceptable as a suit or a dress.
what do i do when i get there?
We reserve parking spots for our first time guests, so if you're new to COTC, be sure to take advantage of the VISITOR spots when you enter the parking lot.
As you walk into the building, our Welcome Team is there to greet you and help you in any way you need - directions around campus, a bible or a pen, or finding a seat in the Worship Center. Look out for anyone with a name tag - they're there to help and serve.
What is the service like?
Services usually run 1 hour and 30 minutes: 25 minutes of songs led by our Worship Team, a time of greeting and fellowship, and around 40 minutes of teaching by one of our Pastors (or sometime a guest speaker). The music is in a contemporary, band-driven style, and the teaching is practical and straight out of the Bible.
If it’s your first time, be sure to stop by the Family Life Center on the way out. You’ll get a chance to meet our Pastors, and grab a coffee and donut.
What about my Kids and Students?
Every Sunday we have programming for infants through high school. These environments are fun, safe and designed to teach the bible in age appropriate ways.
how do i get connected?
There are multiple ways you can get involved at Church of the Chimes. If you have a passion for serving in a particular ministry, visit our MINISTRIES page and connect with the leaders. Or, if you wold love to meet other people and enjoy some community, friendship and food, join one of our many LIFE GROUPS that meet across the city each week.
