1. Use of CotC facilities for all events on campus shall be subject to approval from the Pastor/Director/Office Manager and calendar availability. 2. Anyone using the Church facilities shall be responsible for leaving the area(s) used in the same condition they were in upon arrival, including entrances, exits, and parking lot. 3. Please reference published Fee Schedule for fees associated with requested event. 4. Any fees for facility use are to be paid to CotC 10 days prior to the event at the Church office. 5. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the Church property. 6. No smoking is allowed in the Church buildings and in the courtyard area. 7. If a non-CotC event is planned, there will be a set-up/tear down and cleaning fee charged. 8. CotC reserves the right to reschedule in the event of a funeral or other unforeseen event.
