CotC Worship Arts Ministries exists to make and shape new generations of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Our intention is to have every artist tell their compelling story through their art. WORSHIP ARTS
WORSHIP MUSICIANS
Seeking musicians to serve in various venues of worship and music. No previous experience needed, just love God and desire to serve God with your gifts and talents that He has given you.
CELEBRATION CHOIR
If you have a heart for worship and love to sing, Celebration Choir is
the place for you. All singing levels are welcomed.
DESIGNERS
Stage design or graphic design
is a great place to serve in. Our weekly update and other special projects are transformed through this art. This ministry is
critical to CotC, so if you have the skills in this area, please prayerfully
consider serving in this capacity.
PAINTERS & ARTISTS
If you love to paint, sculpt, draw, etc. Worship Ministries needs you! Express your love for God through your art while helping others to experience God through a variety of creative, visual arts.
ACTORS & DANCERS
Church of the Chimes has always a place for actors and dancers. This is a significant way to effectively communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you have any experience or just a passion for theater, we invite you to check out this ministry.
WORSHIP TECHNOLOGY
PODCAST
Consider being part of our Podcast Team. We will train you
how to design, record and produce our worship podcasts. No previous technical
experience is required – all are welcome to join this cutting edge ministry!
AUDIO AND LIGHTING
Our sound and lighting techs provide an indispensable service during our worship celebrations. No previous experience is needed; we will train you and pair you with a seasoned tech.
MULTI-MEDIA
If you love behind the scenes work, the multi media team needs you! This exciting team supports our musical worship bands in leading worship by creating and running slides. No previous experience is necessary – just a desire to serve!
VIDEO
This growing ministry is a great place for anyone who loves movies – filming, editing, producing, etc. This team meets monthly and we’ll train you to do it all – no previous experience is required.
WEBSITE
Our Website facilitates communication among Church of the Chimes members,
staff, and leaders, reaches out to our community for seekers, and tells
the world about Church of the Chimes’ commitment to serve and glorify God.
We need volunteers to be available approximately two hours a week to update the website. With or without experience, we can train you on Dreamweaver.
WORSHIP HOSPITALITY
USHERS/GREETERS
Serve once or twice a month by welcoming our guests as they come to worship,
passing the offering plate and creating a welcoming and worshipful environment.
We will provide all coaching and training. No previous serving experience
is required, just a servant's heart.
SPECIAL EVENTS
This ministry is a great way to get involved without having to commit
to a regular serving schedule! If you are interested in helping out with
seasonal events such as decorating the sanctuary for Advent and Lent,
helping with all-church potlucks and BBQ’s, planning special events, etc
we would love to have you on the Special Events Team.
