"Supporting the Growth of the Body"
It is important to work "behind the scenes" in order that other ministries may focus on their areas of priorities. The areas we support are:
- Facilities: enhancing the beauty and function of our entire campus
- Technology: using technology to enhance the worship experience
- Finance & Administration: using gifts of organization, administration and financial issues
- Human Resources/Legal: ensuring that CotC remains in compliance with all pertinent legal issues concerning human resources and non-profit status requirements.
