Use this form to submit news, information and announcements for Church of the Chimes publications, such as the weekly Update, web site pages, and announcement slides.

Fill-out this form as completely as possible to avoid delays in publication.

Request Deadline: Requests must be received by 5pm on Tuesday to be considered for its next scheduled publication.

Communication Details

7 words or less. Your communication title should uniquely call-out the subject of your event. If the title was the only thing someone read or heard you should feel comfortable that the title represents your communication well.

Note: If your event is on the church campus don't forget to submit a separate "Facilities Use Request" using this form.

25 words or less. This is the short description for your communication. It is used for brief communication materials such as a Sunday announcement slides and an item on the event Master Calendar. It is not necessary to include the event date, time, location or contact person.
